cost is $10/night.
DIRECTIONS TO THE COLL HOUSE:
- Off of Highway 17 take the T Road heading East towards the mountains.
There is a sign on Highway 17 that says Crestone.
- In about 11 miles you will see the entrance to the Baca Grande
on the right. Take that right.
- Off that main road take your third left onto Moonlight Way. There
is a small firehouse at that left as a marker.
- Head straight up the mountain. At approximately 1.3 miles you will
pass a road on the right called Peaceful Way. Right after that road
you will see the Coll House on the right.
- There is a sign out on the street that says The Coll House. Welcome!

Bedroom 1:
Queen bed and twin-size sleeper/love seat with private

Coll House Pet Policy:
- All dogs must be brought into and out of the Coll House on a lead.
- Your dog must be with you at all times, unless you are eating breakfast
in the kitchen. You are responsible for your pet at all times during
your visit.
- Crestone is abundant with hiking trails and great opportunities
to enjoy the outdoors with your pet.
- There is an additional charge of $10/day for a pet-friendly room.
This will be added onto your final bill.
- We sincerely hope that you enjoy the opportunity of having your
pet with you during your stay at the Coll House.
